  • Be responsible for the month end close processes and internal reporting
  • Manage purchase & sales ledgers, ensuring invoices are checked, coded and entered into the accounting system
  • Manage, prepare and maintain company budget / cost projections and forecasts
  • Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Provide strategic financial support and advice on new projects
  • Provide P&L Analysis
  • Payroll accounting
  • Provide accounting support to the different departments of the company
  • Account preparation for audit process
  • Ad hoc accounting tasks or projects.
  • A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Accounting with part or full ICAN or ACA or ACCA qualification
  • At least 2 years accounting experience, ideally in a hospitality focused business
  • Strong analytical skills proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and accounting applications
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot errors easily and quickly
  • Resourceful and hard worker

Job Position: Chef Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description
  • We are a company that will be providing shortlet and restaurant / bar services and we are looking to recruit a passionate and skilled chef who can prepare delicious intercontinental and local dishes that meet high quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
  • Create and implement the correct operating procedures for the culinary team; train and enforce food preparation quality, food safety and safety standards and for all staff
  • Create dishes to perfection according to menu specifications
  • Maintain food quality and consistency with a keen eye for detail in regard to food presentation
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Oversee the training and development of the team
  • Recruit and maintain staff par levels and schedule accordingly based on business needs
  • Documents, investigates, escalates and resolves employee or guest incidents
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Interested
    • candidates should possess an HND, B.Sc Degree with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Must possess a culinary certification or degree
    • Must have at least 3 years experience as a chef
    • Must have a sound knowledge of health and safety procedures in the kitchen
    • Must possess demonstrated awareness of and interest in current culinary trends
    • Must possess excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
    • Must possess unique creativity in creating and plating dishes
    • Must be able to multitask efficiently
    • Must be detail-oriented individual and a strong team player
    • Must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
    Salary N150,000 Monthly.
