1.) International Business Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

  • The purpose of the role is to support international business development by liaising with various in-country BD executives, guide them through AMF approved BD processes, support them in profiling potential business.
  • S/he will pilot international operations and deployment of Alpha Mead’s operational systems and technology to maintain seamless quality of service in each country.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate local In-Country operations team by providing FM and technology guidance for every client site.
  • Liaise with Marketing & Communication department on the development of country-specific marketing materials
  • Interface with BD managers in different countries to collate weekly BD and sales update and periodical pipeline update
  • Report international BD and operational activities and support international business stakeholders in getting support from group shared services
  • Maintain and update a global business pipeline for all countries and participate in the process of business planning
  • Assist to prepare presentations to clients and potential clients and liaise with Bid & Proposals to ensure prospects receive proposals when needed
  • Participate in country analysis and support in-country teams with Desk Top prospecting
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence and business leads for training and international business
  • Liaising with Bids and proposals to ensure that international proposals are crafted to increase chances of conversion
  • Liaise with Marketing to create country-specific marketing materials to have consistent brand visibility.
  • Prepare Memos and process international payment.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in relevant field
  • 3 – 5 years cognate experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Facilities Management operations
  • Ability to handle general administrative duties being assigned
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Determined and results-oriented
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • The ability to speak the French language will be an added advantage.

2.) Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of all business development activities in the organization and the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values. S/he will design plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of new product/service lines for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Upload, manage and track leads using the sales software.
  • Appraisal of new business, market, and product opportunities.
  • Enable the creation of new revenue opportunities for the company through venturing and business model innovation.
  • Drive commercial viability of Alpha Mead Facilities products.
  • Stay abreast of technology waves and customer insights related to the company’s business lines.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to senior management regarding progress and impediments to achieving roll-out of newly developed opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholder teams to take an idea from concept to production following the Alpha Mead Innovation lifecycle.
  • Working with key internal stakeholder teams to execute the strategic innovations
  • Strengthen the business model development practice
  • Assessment of new business opportunities (business, market, or product) using the Alpha Mead framework, assessment of competitive landscape, formulation of the business case, and defining target markets.
  • Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving business landscape.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B. Sc. degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • 5-7 years cognate experience
  • A reasonable level of fitness, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work both alone and in a team
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures, reading skills for following instructions
  • Knowledge of Nigeria Real Estate Space
  • Hands-on use of a sales/CRM software

4.) Loan Officer

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

  • The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and authorize approval of business, real estate, or credit loans.
  • They evaluate the financial status of a loan, act as the liaison between the institution and the applicant, and will seek to find a loan arrangement that is in the best interests of both parties.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate loan applications
  • Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Analyze applicant’s financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of applying for a loan.
  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants€™ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
  • Review and update credit and loan files.
  • Review loan checklist to ensure that documents are complete and accurate
  • Compute payment schedules.
  • Issuance of e-receipts and sending to customers.
  • Daily uploading of payment on loan disk
  • Weekly updating of trackers and preparation of weekly reports
  • Liaising with CRM & Sales to obtain offers for existing and new clients
  • Visit different Mortgage Banks to submit clients’ documents.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Banking & Finance (Preferable), Economics, Accounting, or another related field
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Knowledgeable in the use of Loan disk.
  • A female will be preferred for gender balance.
