  • Assist the Head of Administration to increase revenue potentials in bringing in new job
  • Word Processing, Copy Typing and Letter Writing
  • Dealing with Telephone and E-mails Enquiries
  • Using a variety of Software Packages; Such as Microsoft word, Outlook, Power-Point, Excel
  • Devising and Maintaining Office System
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Handle all office matters including manpower planning, recruitment, learning & development, compensation, performance management and employee welfare
Job Duties
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of confidentiality
  • Strong conceptual intelligence to perceive and conceive corporate goals
  • Good communication skill – Ability to listen attentively, comprehend other people’s view as well as concisely express oneself without ambiguity
  • Good sense of judgement
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum of a B.Sc / HND certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year Post NYSC experience in a similar Role.
Salary N50,000 monthly.
