Job Title: Accountant / HR Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
  • As an accountant/HR, you would be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable, reconcile general ledgers, and prepare all financial statements, including balance sheets, tax returns, income statements, disbursements accounting, and profit and loss statements.
  • You will also be performing Human resource functions
Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee all monthly payroll, accounts receivable and payable, tax payments, claim and invoice generation, and management of overhead expenses.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as required
  • Prepare and administer payroll.
  • Manage and track all activity related to inventory.
  • Meet regularly with department heads to review budgetary allowances and expenses, and to ensure that each area’s financial records are reconciled by month-end.
  • Attend department staff meetings and executive meetings to provide an accounting of department- and organization-level financial figures.
  • Participate in annual review boards to analyze financial information for the prior year and make recommendations for improvements going forward.
  • Work with internal personnel and (if needed) outside tax consultants quarterly to prepare tax forms for submission.
  • Assist external auditors in reviewing processes and workflow by providing reports and supporting documentation, and by contributing personal knowledge and analysis.
Requirements and Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting and background experience in HR.
  • Highly experience in accounting or other role involving financial analysis
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of corporate tax laws
  • Proficiency in all of the programs of the Microsoft Office suite
Salary
  • N10,000 – N130,000 monthly.

Job Title: Locum Pharmacist Location: Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
  • Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitoring customers’ drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.
  • Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.
  • Conducting health and wellness screenings.
  • Providing immunizations, and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.
  • Keeping accurate customer records.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
  • Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.
  • Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.
  • Performing other administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.
  • Proven experience as a pharmacist.
  • Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and software applications, used by pharmacies, such as MEDITECH and Mediware.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary N70,000 – N75,000 monthly
