.   We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Personal Assistant to the CEO Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Responsibilities
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Errands, Scheduling and overseeing contractors.
  • Transportation to appointments.
  • Paying bills.
  • Emails and correspondence.
  • Phone support (for home business).
  • Research.
  • Party planning and management.
  • Shopping (gifts, household goods, clothes, etc.).
  • Calendar management.
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience.
